KENWOOD TS-430S ALL MODE HF TRANSCEIVER This is a GOOD working Kenwood TS-430S all mode HF transceiver. Radio is not a collector quality but is a great performer. Radio has a small chip in the left top side of the trim but this doesn't effect the performance in any way. Transceiver has the Mars Mod and the optional FM unit installed. Modes of operation are SSB, CW, AM and FM. Transceiver covers 160 through 10 meters including the WARC bands and has general coverage receive from 150 KHz to 30 MHz with Mars Capability. The TS-430S is an all solid-state transceiver which delivers 100 watts output. Requires 13.8 VDC at 20 amp power supply.
